2. We Sign NDAs
If your legal team or investors require a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing sensitive details, we are more than happy to sign it. We can provide a standard mutual NDA template if you don't have one.
3. Intellectual Property Transfer
We operate on a "Work for Hire" basis. This means:
- You own the Source Code: Once paid, the repository is yours. No hidden licenses.
- You own the Data: Any data generated or stored by your app belongs to you.
- No Vendor Lock-in: We verify that you can deploy and run your app without us.
